Chair

Term = 3 Years

Chair AGM and Committee meetings. Represent the Club officially, as required. Host Annual Dinner. Raise sponsorship and liaise with sponsors.

Treasurer

Term: 3 = Years

Collect subscriptions. Pay bills and deposit receipts. Keep records of all cheques and deposits. Monitor payment of match fees. Produce end of year accounts.

Secretary

Term = 3 Years

Register players and umpires with the league. Maintain Club documentation. Book pitches. Liaise with St Edward’s. Deal with league matters, where applicable. Organize playing kit, balls, scorebooks, and other equipment. Take minutes at meetings and prepare agendas.

1st XI Captain

Term = 1 year

Select team. Administer/delegate match day duties. Ensure match information is submitted to the league. Organize match reports. On-field captaincy. Named key-holder for the pavilion. Pitch inspections, where applicable, and in line with league rules.

2nd XI Captain:

Term = 1 year

3rd XI Captain

Term = 1 year

As above (see 1st XI Captain).

4th XI Captain

Term = 1 year

As above (see 1st XI Captain).

Friendly Fixtures Secretary

Term = 1 Year

Organise midweek T20, and Sunday fixtures. Liaise with opposition as match day approaches.

Training Manager

Term = 1 Year

Organize training sessions at indoor and outdoor nets. Advise on selection.

Social Secretary

Term = 1 Year

Organise all-year round social events. Organise end of season dinner and awards.

Website Manager

Term = 1 Year

Manage club website and social media accounts. Ensure website is up-to-date.

Youth Manager

Term = 1 year

Responsible for recruitment, selection, and coaching of youth section together with organising their fixtures.

Playing Members

Term = 1 Year

Such roles as agreed at Committee meetings.
