Wolvercote Youth Teams

Wolvercote Cricket Club’s Youth Section is a friendly and competitive club that provides kids from the ages of 9-15 with the opportunity to play club cricket. Our youth set up is fast-growing and in 2016 won Chance to Shine’s Satellite Club of the Year Award. This was awarded for our work with Cherwell School in providing kids an opportunity to play cricket where there were previously limited opportunities.

Our matches are played at Cutteslowe Park, St Edward’s School, and Magdalen College School. We welcome players of all abilities and cricketing experience. All age groups have a busy season starting with an 8 week indoor pre-season, and an outdoor season which consists of a minimum of 10 matches, a variety of friendlies, and training sessions that go into the mid summer holidays.
